How can I pay for products from Genisoftware?
Products and software can be paid for via direct banking using Public Bank Berhad, Maybank, PayPal or Moneybookers. You can also pay using your credit or debit card using the PayPal service. Use the Buy Now button on our web pages.

When will I receive my order?
If we received your payment by 1:00pm on a working day, we will usually send the item the same day. Depending on where you are in Malaysia, you should receive your item by the next day or sometimes by the second day.
We will issue a tracking number of the parcel for you to confirm with your post office should there be any delays. (Will normally Poslaju all items).

I type of software license do your have?
Our software come with USB Dongles as license keys. Therefore you will need to have this dongle pulogged in to your computer when you are using the software. If the dongle is removed, the software will not function. This dongle key system makes life easier for the user if they need to move the software from one computer to another. If you should reformat you computer, there is no hassle of getting new serial numbers.

SOFTWARE

I just installed Easy MyKad Reader Database System, I cannot save the MyKad information into the database, what is the problem?
Please make sure that you are using the British Short Date Format in your system. The format is "dd/mm/yyyy". Set this in your Control Panel using the Regional Settings.
